A wonderful ballet school for children aged 3 and up, run by Elena Mitreva — a former professional ballet dancer trained in the Vaganova method. Classes are kept small, structured and fun, with a genuine focus on building confidence, posture and a love of dance rather than pressure to perform.
Children can work towards IDTA grade exams and take part in annual shows, with over 36 performances staged since the school opened in 2016. Pointe work is only introduced from age 9–10, when children are physically ready — a thoughtful approach that sets this school apart.
A free trial class is available, so your little one can give it a go before you commit. Adult classes are also on offer for anyone looking to discover or rediscover ballet.
