Gentle pregnancy yoga classes in Northfields, suitable from 14 weeks onwards. Classes are small and tailored to all abilities — no previous yoga experience needed. Connect with your baby, meet other local mums-to-be, and prepare for birth through movement, breathing and meditation. Bring a yoga mat (spares available on request). Trial class £7.
